Martin an English footballer and a central defender who played for many different professional clubs before moving to non-league side, Farsley Celtic in spring 2005 now a Well Being and Performance Consultant. A Director of Professional Services with Rhomb Associates and the Author of The 1 to 11 - Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion and martin is passionate about raising awareness about mental wellbeing.   I'll also be chatting with Russell Jarmesty about depression and what that really means for men. Russell's friend Ben sadly took his own life recently and this has fueled his passion to support other men.
