Are we too controlled by technology?  Is Artificial intelligence something to fear or something that can help us to grow, flourish and have more freedom?This week on the #wednesdaywellbeing show I'm going sci-fi or at least A.I.Tonight I'm speaking with Kesh sankla A.I expert. At the age of 20, Kesh started the A.I division at Solutions 4 Health where he led the development of the world’s first A.I powered stop smoking robot coach, called Bella. Since then, he’s been leading the scaling up of the A.I & Innovations division at Solutions 4 Health, focusing on pragmatically applying artificial intelligence and other technologies to provide wellbeing at scale. Kesh is also an amazing public speaker, he talks to a variety of different audiences in Business, A.I, and Healthcare. He has spoken at Public Health England, The World Health Organization, Henley Business School, Brittelstand Symposium, and on panels with leading figures in their fields, for example, on a Microsoft UK panel with CEO, Cindy Rose. Kesh has also spent time advising CEOs and Directors on developing and installing their A.I strategy.  He graduated with a First in Business Computing and IT from Aston Business School and holds a certification in AI at SaÏd Business School, University of Oxford. His deep curiosity in how to address the questions of human flourishing serve as his main motivation to create.  Join us at 8 pm on www.ntrsounds.co.uk or www.awakenedpodcasts.comSupport the showThis podcast is sponsored by The Northern College of Clinical Hypnotherapywww.thenortherncollegeofclinicalhypnotherapy.com
