The Wednesday Wellbeing Show growth and development 25th of March 2020

from HypnoGeeks Podcast · host Amanda Joy

This week on the #wednesdaywellbeing show I'm delighted to have 2 amazing women joining me to share their journey, their growth, development and wisdom.  With the impact of Covid 19; it is so great to be chatting with such amazing, uplifting, spiritual teachers. They will share with us their top tips on managing our wellbeing through the next few months.  I'll be chatting with Joanne who's 22 year journey so far, has been quite a humbling one. She had to allow herself to feel the pain of loved ones passing away, a traumatic divorce, being the victim of financial crime, physical health problems, losing her home....all resulting in depression. But working through it all, and coming out the other side. Knowing we are not alone gave her great strength to walk in her own power.   She has invaluable practical life skills that she utilises alongside her spiritual knowledge. Her passion, divine calling or dharma has been to learn to help others on their pathway towards wellbeing.   Joanne has the ability to see, sense, hear, and know the spiritual realms....she has what is called discernment. She's a reader a healer a medium and offers training too. In these tough times she brings great joy and wisdom to the show. https://www.facebook.com/amidawellbeing/  https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=haven%20wellbeing%20centre&epa=SEARCH_BOX  I'll also be chatting with Lindsey Banks our #wednesdaywellbeing resident spiritual medium, author, speaker and the host of 'The Spiritual Journey on YouTube'. She'll be offering real and practical advice on how to stay well, motivated and connected during lockdown. I chat with Lindsey every month and just love how inspiring she is.  https://youtu.be/8r_DLHz7HCI  https://www.facebook.com/LindsayBanks111/  Looking for positivity, check out the #wednesdaywellbeing show @Radio Shields NE. www.radioshields.co.uk listen live at 8 pm online, on our app, on Alexa or listen later on our radio Shields podcast. https://www.buzzsprout.com/705534Support the showThis podcast is sponsored by The Northern College of Clinical Hypnotherapywww.thenortherncollegeofclinicalhypnotherapy.com
