When life throws curve balls, illness, separation, how do we take care of our wellbeing as well as those in our families. I'll be chatting with Heather who was a successful business woman and a super organised wedding planner, she loved travel and had a great life.Having overcome a rape and a violent relationship. Becoming a mother was a massive challenge for her. After a tough pregnancy and a traumatic birth she developed post natal depression. She discovered mindfulness gained her Diploma and started using the techniques to help herself and her son Isac. Together Heather and Isac have created Mindset and Me. Mindset and Me create affirmation and mindset products for children who maybe in need a confidence boost, to be inspired, taught the importance of self-love, love of others and responsibility.Mindset is everything, it can help children develop and learn NOT to give up.We want our children to be confident, resilient, develop high self esteem and ambition to achieve anything they want to in life.
