It’s the 1980s in New York City, the massive Javits Center isbeing built on the west side of Manhattan and it’s on Westies turf. Eamon Sweeney (J.K Simmons) is the leader of the Westies and wants to do everything he can to profit from this construction while trying to keep the truce going with The Gambino crime family who are also looking to profit from theconstruction.
