Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me. Ever hear that lie? We learn very early that the words we use are very important. They can guide nations to peace and war. In this episode we learn how the very use of words on a daily basis could be misleading. Often we lose awareness of the words we use and so do those we use them with. Need an example? How many of us are tired of that person that uses the word AWESOME way too much? Learning to be mindful with our words is ultimately where we want to be.
