The ”WORK” IS HARD

Welcome back to Unscripted, where we're diving deep into personal growth, transformation, and embracing our authentic selves. Today, I'm fired up to share a profound experience I've just had. Picture this: an intense nine-hour session with my spiritual mentor, Megan Weir. We explored breath work, visioning, Kundalini yoga, and timeline therapy, among other things. It made me realize how often we're the givers and facilitators in our lives but forget to nurture ourselves. It's a wake-up call, reminding us that we deserve the same transformation we offer to others. Before this day, I'd been through some personal turmoil, external chaos disrupts our lives, even the strongest among us can lose our composure. It's all about maintaining control over our environment and not letting it control us. Today, I confronted my root trauma, re-wrote my story, and banished limiting beliefs about success, money, and self-worth. The message is clear: our energy flows where we focus, so let's create personal values that align with our truth. I discovered that my top values are Connection, Authenticity, Impact, Transformation, and Courageous Action. Embracing these values allows us to live without self-doubt, embrace our worth, and pursue our purpose. It's a challenge I extend to you: create your values, speak your truth, and remember, your voice can change lives.
