The world needs more female leaders, but it doesn't deserve them

I believe the world needs more female leaders. But only if it means they get to lead doing that they do best. I believe the world does not deserve more female leaders if it requires they change themselves to fit in, advance and succeed. The world needs more heart centred, nurturing, caring, serving and sacrificial leadership now more than ever. Few do this more naturally than women. But the world of work does not deserve these leaders if it sends them home worse for those who need them. We have a lot of opportunity to create an incredible and inclusive world where we all get to contribute of ourselves without losing ourselves.
