Today’s lesson will focus on the God who blends love, righteous anger, and judgement. Any wise parent knows that being a parent is not all hugs and kisses. Faithful nurture at times also demands rebuke, discipline, judgement, and consequences. Was God uncharacteristically harsh in the Old Testament, but loving in the New Testament?
