Recovery walking 🚶‍♀️Hello everybody, it's Carlos walking here. I've just been in touch with my good old friend Sandy, and she and I are going to hook up on Friday for a walk in this neighbourhood. Afterwards, we're going to go to Spinnakers for lunch, which sounds good. Today, I'm going to take you on the walk that I have done for the past two days, which I call ‘The Wurtele Loop’ workout.
