The Year That Was 2021: Part 2, The Business

This episode is Part 2 of the Year that was 2021: The Business. Part 1 was the personal component on the previous episode where I dived into my own life events and reflections. I’m very excited to share with you this business review where I examine each component to build a complete picture of Swift Ventures for 2021. In this episode, I’m taking you into a behind the scenes view into my business for 2021. I’ll explore my big business goal for the year, whether or not we achieved that goal, the team we’ve built, the highlights and challenges from the year, and the biggest lessons I’ve learned. My big business goal for 2021 was to earn $1 million in sales… We achieved it! I’ll talk you through my profit margin, expenses, and additional team members. I share with you how I structured the final quarter of my year to invest in systems for my business instead of launching new offers. I managed to achieve having a really successful business that lights me up without having to work 30-40 hours per week. This episode is overflowing with useful and insightful information from my reflection of 2021.
