These days he is helping people achieve mastery over their mindsets to live a more aligned and powerful life. Throughout his life, he suffered with crippling anxiety, panic attacks and deep suicidal depression. When he finally realized what he was doing to himself by holding these beliefs, he began to create mental shifts. Through his decade of combined experience as a licensed psychotherapist, a firefighter, business owner, and mindset coach, he’s learned quite a bit that can help others.
