So today, our resident therapist Susan (my mom!) is here to give us a crash course in Therapy 101. She’ll share insight into how to find a good therapist, the many different therapy modalities that you can consider trying, what it looks like to really feel your feelings with the guidance of a professional, and what to do if you feel like you need more from your therapist or if you are ready to move on. I started The Sober Mom Life Cafe so women just like you can find connection in sobriety.
