The ANC gathered more than four thousand of its councillors at the FNB stadium to discuss challenges affecting governance, management and service delivery in all municipalities led by the party. In the meeting the party leadership presented an action plan with six pillars aimed at addressing these challenges. In the discussion with the party's spokesperson, Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri, she acknowledges that her party and its representatives need to improve on service delivery.
