Part of my passion in giving back to the youth playing this game is sharing my experience and the experience from others that have played with them. I had the opportunity to speak with a good friend of mine Kevin Forbes about his experience as a player and coach today. He speaks on many of the things we touch on often with our young players that center around being able to handle what this game brings your way. Mentally, one has to be able to deal with failure on a consistent basis and be able to bounce back. Also, you once again hear how important school and the grind is if you want to succeed in this game. I'm sure our young men will benefit from hearing our conversation.
