there's a cost to the calling. - [let God sustain you.]

reflecting on the challenges i've faced over the years, surrender and trusting God as it pertains to my calling/purpose/creative journey. the more you get out the way, the better you'll feel less pressure and like you're carrying weight that was only meant for God to carry, bc going forth in your purpose is not easy - it comes with many ebs and flows but there's also joy and a freedom attached to it once you stop resisting, take the lens off yourself, stop leaning on your own understanding and let God use you the way he intends to.  stay the course. :) i encourage you to listen to this "with the perry's." podcast referenced in episode: https://youtu.be/efnfmoEaee0?si=KgjoTtmCfeq9KTVk it was very helpful, insightful and they shared come very practical tips on how to navigate your calling with mercy and meekness.
