this a reminder that you are capable of doing amazing things.  bc sometimes i believe that we can have a tendency to overthink and lean on our own understanding and quickly forget the word/assignment that God gave us or instructed for us to do.  so, consider this a love tap and a reminder that you ARE capable of doing amazing things, do not psyche yourself out, don't overanalyze your way into disobedience and end up not doing what it is that God called you to do. yield, cast your worries onto God, pray and meditate on Joshua 1:9 and allow for this to be your anchoring scripture. do not shrink back or give up, bc you simply cannot afford to stay the course and trust that God got you! The Undoing is the sacred, intentional and intimate process of letting God gently dismantle the identities, beliefs, and emotional patterns that were formed in trauma, fear, rejection, or self-protection, so He can rebuild you in truth, love, and the identity He originally designed for you. Reception: the act of receiving, welcoming, or accepting something/someone. When it comes to God's love and receiving, there's nothing you have to do to earn it, it's not transactional, you don't have to be performative, you don't have to people please, suppress or strive, all you have to do is have a willing, open and honest heart. - how freeing is that? + breathe & take that in as truth. +. it's ohkay to receive and the more you let this belief permeate within your being, the easier it'll become to openly receive, not only from God but from people as well and if I can be honest, I'm still actively learning how to receive. God is teaching me that I don't have to be performative or do anything to earn his love nor the love from another person, I can just simply be and when I allow myself to rest in that - it's becoming easier for me to relax and be ohkay with openly receiving, not only from God but from others' as well. there's a scripture that single handidly freed me from focusing on  "the approval" of others' and myself, fr.  the scripture is: "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? or am I trying to please people? we have to be careful to not overly spirtitualize everything when it comes to when we feel we are being "attacked", bc as i've been on the my journey with God - i've learned that 2 things can true, while yes - the enemy does run rampant and likes to attack God's sons' & daughters' - it's bc he knows we're in relation with him, - the otherside of the token is that sometimes, the enemy could be you - in regards to how you have a tendency to behave or think, (meaning, self-sabotage, negative self-talk, letting creative ideas remain dormant due to fear/overthinking, procrastination, self-sabatoging due to past experiences, beliefs of unworthiness, and unhealed trauma, etc.) there could be a plethora of reasons as to how this idea can be misconstrued to the point where you could always be shifiting blame to the enemy - when in reality, it's you being in your own way - so, I want to encourage you to reflect on the reality of where it is exactly that these behaviors/train of thinking stem from, who's narrative is it, really? who's voice are you listening to? - prayerfully, i'm hoping that you can get to a place in your life where you'll be able to differentiate the voice/narrative that you've been led to believe about life or yourself and God's voice begins to overpower whatever negative/unhealthy narrative that's been playing on repeat in your mind, whether it's yours', someones elses' or the actual enemy bc you must understand that it's all lies and a plot to get you to become stifled and not grow/heal into the woman or man that God has called you to be.  so, if you struggle with this, don't condemn yourself, let God renew your mind, invite him into this process of helping you to differentiate, pray, stand firm in his word, journal and lean on trusted community to help you through this. ya girl has been busyyyyy, lol. but not busy doing nothin'. :)  i've been busy being obedient and surrendered to the calling that God has put on my life while also actively learning how to balance the other many areas/assignments that have been assigned to me.  BUT!  also learning that - at the same time, everything and everyone is NOT assigned to me, so it's important to use your discernment to understand what's a true assignment from God and what you've assigned to yourself without God's confirmation.
