These Kinds of Wounds Bring the “Craziest” Triggers

We think of certain things triggering our shadows- our parents saying or doing something, our kids saying or doing something... There are certain shadows/wounds that will be activated by simple everyday events. Others and our very own ego will make us feel "crazy" or "silly" for even acknowledging it's happening.
