Things I No Longer Do as a UGC Creator

In this deeply honest solo episode, I’m sharing the unfiltered list of things I no longer do as a UGC creator—and the powerful shifts I made that changed everything. This isn’t about judgment or doing it “right.” It’s about creating a business rooted in integrity, resonance, and real alignment with the life I want to live. From saying no to unpaid work to ditching the content hamster wheel, I walk you through the boundaries I’ve built to protect my energy, honour my worth, and raise my revenue—without burning out. Whether you’re new to UGC or knee-deep in brand deals, this episode is your permission slip to opt out of the noise and anchor into your own rhythm. We’ll cover: ✨ Why I’ve never done UGC for free—and how I negotiate with grace ✨ The gigs I say no to (even if they pay) ✨ Why one-off videos are rarely worth it ✨ What makes me walk away from agencies (and never look back) ✨ Why discounting my rates is a hard no ✨ Ditching the trends in favour of intuition ✨ Letting go of comparison, hustle, and scrolling ✨ Building a business that supports your life—not swallows it Closing reminder: Every “no” makes room for a deeper, more aligned “yes.” You’re allowed to create from overflow, not obligation. ✨ If you loved this episode: Share it with your UGC group chat, tag me in your stories with your biggest takeaway, or leave a review—it helps more mothers step into the sovereign, soul-led business they deserve.
