Things to Look for Before Investing in Multifamily Syndication (Part 3/3)

from Syndication Made Easy with Vinney (Smile) Chopra · host Vinney Chopra

Things to Look for Before Investing in Multifamily Syndication  with Special Guest: David Mulvaney! For the past 30 years, David Mulvaney has been a self-employed entrepreneur and investor building sales, marketing, and global distribution channels. Dave's companies have generated over a quarter of a billion dollars in sales. Dave has been married to his wife Beth for over 30 years and has two adult children, David and Rachel. At a very young age, Dave saw the opportunity in real estate. Purchasing the Carlton Sheets course just after high school, he bought every course and read every book he could find on the subject. His study paid off. In 1992 Dave and Beth purchased their first investment property, a duplex. The cash flow allowed them to live for free and generate positive cash flow. Later that year, he bought his first company. Since then, Dave has been building companies and investing in real estate, mainly focusing on single-family homes and small multifamily properties; they've bought and sold close to 50 properties. In 2021, Dave started BDM Capital Group to focus on commercial real estate assets. Dave follows a proven formula for building wealth. At 47, one of Dave's companies filed bankruptcy, and he nearly lost everything. What sustained him was the parachute built into his wealth formula. A philosophy to live by, if you are going to fly, you better have a parachute, and it better be packed well when you need it. His passion is helping entrepreneurs to find clarity of vision and purpose, uncovering how to successfully start, run and grow businesses while obeying the laws of wealth. Dave's simple formula for wealth accumulation works 100% of the time for those who adhere to its laws. The formula allows anyone to achieve financial prosperity and the ability to ride through the worst of times.
