Send a textHey guys! Welcome back to this weeks episode! I really wanted to share this episode because I know what it can feel like when you are struggling, and especially when someone has hurt you so badly that it is hard to trust anyone or allow anyone to get close to you. Story telling is one of the best tools that I used early on in my journey of personal discovery and it helped me reframe the situation that hurt me in the past and to be able to forgive not only myself, but the people in my past. Being able to create that closure that I needed is what helped me move on from my past, let go of the pain that I had been through and to pursue what was important to me.Check out my current website: https://sofiaashleylola.comSend me a DM  on Instagram if this episode helped you in anyway and let me know what topics you would like to hear in future episodes!Share this podcast episode with anyone that you might think would help, I would really appreciate the support into building the Becoming #Unfuckwithable PodcastLet's Fucking Go!!Support the show
