Thoracic E14: Definitive Stage Three Management

Welcome back to Rad Onc Smart Review: Thoracic Oncology Edition. Episode 14 builds the definitive treatment framework for unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer. We begin by confirming a curable nonsurgical disease state, completing stage-defining workup, and deciding whether the patient can safely complete concurrent chemoradiation or needs a modified sequence.
