In this episode, we discussed the importance of reflecting on transition and share three questions to help you succeed. Fall is naturally a time of change, from the changing of the seasons, the leaves, or more specific changes like children going back to school and business preparing for the year's final quarter.  Brian, Linda, and Nathan reflect on the past few months of changes and discuss what we each need to be best prepared for what is next.

We discuss this and then ask you to reflect on three questions:

1. what sort of transition or change am I going through right now?
2. what do I need to succeed during this time? And
3. what does well-being mean for me today?

BER Podcast Biblical Eldership Resources Our vision is to promote biblical eldership for the glory of God by providing teaching, resources, training and mentoring for current and future church leaders who will implement, practice, teach and train others in biblical eldership as the model for church leadership. inspire me! Riold Furtuna After several positions and experiences I have become fascinated with the question: how can leaders start out on the right foot? In order to getting closer to answering this question, I set up the podcast series “inspire me!”. On each episode I interview leaders that have had and continue to have a great impact on society and have, directly or indirectly, inspired me and influenced my personal and professional choices. While we discuss the main topic of leadership, on each episode we’ll focus on subtopics, such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, compassion, integrity, and persistence, to mention a few. My vision is to tap into the experience of these leaders and ultimately provide young and emerging leaders a compass for maximizing the impact we have in the world while being uncompromisingly ethical.
