Three Things I Wish I Knew...

We can all think back to moments of asking to ourselves, "Why did I sign up for this?".I've been a youth pastor, sound tech, deacon, praise team leader, roadie for performing artists that have come in, videographer, preacher, teacher, and counselor......and there have been many times I've said the above question to myself.In ministry, if you've been at it long enough, you will be thinking the same thing. There are so many lessons I've learned from being in ministry for over two decades now, and if only I could've told my twenty-something self these lessons, I would've avoided much trouble and heartache.Join me in talking about three things I wish I had known BEFORE starting ministry.
