On this week's episode, I talk with a brave woman who has been a role model for her two daughters who are now following in her footsteps to blaze a trail for others to follow.  Kate Quinn Miller and her teenage daughters Carly and Tori are volunteer firefighters in Clark's Summit, PA who are proudly carrying on a family tradition. Listen to hear how they feel serving as examples for other young women of what they can become, and how they manage a household full of firefighters (did I mention Kate's husband Jay is a firefighter too?)!
