The Hawks have arrested three Tshwane municipal officials in Laudium for their alleged involvement in the theft of transformers from electricity substations. They allegedly stole a transformer valued at R7 million. The operation is part of a crackdown on corruption. Jon Gericke spoke to SABC reporter, Lopang Alamu
