Το 2020 ήταν το έτος της ολικής επαναφοράς της επιστήμης. Τόσο που οι «επαγγελματίες θαυματοποιοί» – των θρησκειών και των πολιτικών μπαλκονιών – ένιωσαν να απειλούνται και αντέδρασαν σπασμωδικά. Κι αν αυτή η ταχύτητα της επιστήμης διατηρηθεί και δεν σταματήσει στα μπλόκα της κερδοσκοπίας, του εθνικισμού και του υπαλληλισμού, σύντομα θα έχουμε αποτελέσματα και σε άλλες αρρώστιες. Στο εσωτερικό μέτωπο είχαμε την εκλογή της Κατερίνας Σακελλαροπούλου στην προεδρία της Δημοκρατίας και την περιθωριοποίηση πολιτικών που μυρίζουν μούχλα. Τα πλάνα όμως με τις αλυσοδεμένες καρέκλες στα κατεβασμένα ρολά, είναι το τρέιλερ της κοινωνικής έκρηξης που έρχεται αν δεν αντιμετωπισθούν οι ανισότητες που κλωνοποίησε ο ιός. Ο Σταύρος Θεοδωράκης προτείνει λοιπόν να μην βιαστούμε να «διαγράψουμε» το 2020 και να σημειώσουμε σε ένα χαρτί τι κρατάμε και τι πετάμε από τους μήνες των στερήσεων. Και τι αλλάζουμε το 2021! Ποια είναι δηλαδή τελικά, τα δικά μας αδιαπραγμάτευτα, «Τα εις εαυτόν», που θα ‘λεγε ο ασκητής - αυτοκράτορας Μάρκος Αυρήλιος.
