Summary
Woah...an episode that's not Marvel?? We are evolving!! It's a new year and the shift away from Marvel has begun. Starting off with what is now one of my favourite movie musicals - Tick, Tick...BOOM! I absolutely love this musical so much, everything from the music to the story and to the casting. This also has to be one of the most well-done movie musicals I've ever seen. Movie musicals, especially those adapted from stage productions, can be hit or miss. They can lack the beauty that comes from a stage production, but this did really well. I definitely have to give credit where it's due and give a shoutout to the mastermind himself, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Now in this episode, I briefly touch on what this musical is about and about who Jonathan Larson was. Then I discuss some RENT references/easter eggs as well as the incredible number of cameos we get. Lastly, I finish off with what I took away from watching this and what I hope everyone takes away as well. This is a must-watch if you've not seen it yet, I highly recommend it! Enjoy!
