Northeast Mississippi Community College president Dr. Ricky G. Ford sits with Marketing and Public Relations Specialist Liz Calvery to discuss the legislative priorities for the fiscal year 2023-2024 that will benefit not only Northeast but the other 14 community colleges in the Magnolia State as well. As part of the legislative priorities, the 15 community colleges are seeking increased Career and Tech funds, a raise for their employees, capital improvements, scholarships for dual-enrolled students and a few more options for the Mississippi legislators to consider.
