In episode 95, host Will Kollmeyer welcomes Campus Country Director Chris Dunn to the podcast to talk about the ensemble's upcoming Showtime on Thursday, December 5 in the Seth Pounds Auditorium. Dunn lets listeners in on some secrets with the group and talks about what it takes to pick a title song for each Showtime. Dunn also talks about saying good-bye to three members of the band as they move on to four-year colleges and universities at the December holiday break. In addition to saying good-bye to three members of the group, Dunn springs a surprise on listeners by saying he has added three members of the Showband from Tigerland horn line to the Showtime for the final three songs of the night and will have approximately 24 people on the Seth Pounds stage for the final bow of 2019. In the second part of the podcast, Kollmeyer welcomes Northeast vice president for institutional advancement and the executive director of the Northeast Development Foundation and Alumni Association Patrick Eaton to the show to talk about everything that the foundation has going at the end of the year. Eaton talks about the recently announced TIP/TOP winners for 2019 at the college and how the Foundation is facilitating the needs of the public by offering them a chance to make a tax-deductible donation before the end of the year. Eaton springs some news on listeners as he breaks the news of an intra-squad game between the baseball team and the softball team during the ribbon cutting and celebration of the Northeast Field of Dreams complex at the corner of Third Street and Coach Billy Ward Drive. In addition to all the news going on at the Foundation, Eaton takes time to honor former Northeast Board of Trustees member and longtime politician and college supporter William "Billy" McCoy, who passed away recently. Between the segments, Kollmeyer gives a rundown of events that are happening in the next 10 days and also mentions a few events to be on the lookout for later in the month.
