Tip #2 for Helping You to Become Even More Confident

from The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity · host Anne Bachrach

Today, we are talking about Tip #2 for becoming even more confident, which is to Create and Periodically Review and Add to Your “Me” File. Keeping a ‘me’ file on hand filled with emails, letters, cards, and other positive communications or comments from clients and friends is one of the best ways to help give your confidence level a boost, especially on those days when you don’t feel as good about yourself. Keep this file close at hand, and pull out a few letters to read when you start to feel down. If you ever feel like you are not good enough, looking back on good things that were said to you can REALLY have a positive impact.  The whole point of this tip is to remind yourself that you ARE successful, and that you have a reason to be confident! People probably tell you about how much they appreciate you and you feel like you are doing your “job”. Make sure every time someone says anything positive to you or sends you something, you add them to your “ME” file.  Tune in tomorrow for Tip #3 to become even more confident. To download a simple way to track your glowing comments from clients and people who have worked with you which will increase your confidence when you need it the most, go to http://bit.ly/me-file Put an end to the procrastination cycle and make progress on your goals with my complimentary Guide to Stopping Procrastination!
