Today we are talking about a second way to Increase Your Business Efficiency with Time Blocks, which is to Highlight Your Priorities. What are the activities you need to carry out before the week runs out? What activities have a direct impact on the goals you have to achieve in the following week? Highlight your most important goals and allocate time blocks to achieve these tasks first. For your top priorities, work to stick to 2 or 3 per day. This will allow you to dedicate your focus and attention more effectively. With fewer top priorities per day, you can make better decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
