This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Big Issues related. The podcast overviews this, one of my favorite problem-solving proposals, very well.  What I will state relates to my 2020 campaign for President of the United States.  Full National decriminalization and legalization of Cannabis for medical and recreational uses. Cannabis will be a Small Business based Industry.  The model set for the State of Colorado for Small Businesses will be followed and refined as needed.  No huge corporations and stockholders to feed.
