As you sit at the famous dinner table, or meet over zoom, remember the true and nefarious history behind this holiday. Do your research, it is worth it, in U.S Schools, we can teach thanksgiving in a socially responsible way. Our educators have obligation to teach it accurately because that is how you teach history.
