את העסק הדיגיטלי הראשון שלהם תמיר מגן והשותף שלו אור הקימו כשהם עוד היו בתיכון, זו הייתה פלטפורמה לשיתוף קבצים לימודיים עבור תלמידים. אחרי הצבא הם הקימו בית תוכנה ועבדו עם לקוחות עסקיים, בשלב מסוים הם שאלו את עצמם למה עסק צריך לעבור תהליך כואב שכולל אפיון ופיתוח של מוצר, כשהטכנולוגיה מאפשרת לבינה מלאכותית לעשות את כל העבודה בשבילנו? לפני שלוש שנים הם הקימו את ספיריט, סטרטאפ שמאפשר ליזמים לכתוב בשפה אנושית איזו אפליקציה הם היו רוצים לבנות ולקבל אפליקציה שלמה לאייפון, אנדרואיד ו-ווב. בין האפליקציות שחלקן כבר מייצרים רווחים ללקוחות שלהם אפשר למצוא סוג של וולט לאוכל ביתי, טינדר לאימוץ של כלבלבים, או איירבנב לשירותים ציבוריים. הם גייסו 5.5 מיליון דולר ומכוונים הכי גבוה שאפשר, להיות חברת ענק שמייצרת אפליקציות עבור יזמים ועסקים בכל העולם וכל זה עם טכנולוגיה ייחודית שלהם, לא עוד הרחבה של צ׳אטג׳יפיטי.
