Quickly climbing through the ranks of comics in the state-line area, Alex has found a voice that sounds just as comfortable shouting over a pool hall jukebox as it does delivering biting satire in the area's most historic theaters. This stiff upper lip style follows in the working class traditions of Pryor and Carlin - critical but not thoughtless, unabashed but not crass.
