To get diagnosed or not? That is the question

I get asked a lot if I should go and get an ADHD or dyslexia diagnosis and this is a really tough one and so I wanted to do a podcast to run through my thoughts on whether you should get a diagnosis or not whether you’re an adult kid everyone’s a little bit different so in this podcast I talk about the benefits and negatives of the diagnosis. #dyslexia #diagnosis #adhd
