Send us Fan MailI will find that YouTube later, but the show is "Ozarks," & the introduction of the newest excuse/mental health explanation--anxiety. Also the word "no." When lost, was found by hearing it, reliving it & finally saying it on the escalator in Nordstrom. With vertigo issues & chronic pain, you want to move very little and so the escalator does all the work. I went from sitting on it, to standing and waiting for the last moment to step off, feeling that building pressure to get this timing right. On the escalator--I recall the day by watching myself--and zooming in on my face saying, "no." Hearing it and attaching it to a place where I got someone's suit tailored since they didn't understand what this was! This was their first time. This was the excuse of the century, knowing it would work, since I worked with kids with special needs and a lot of first times. Writing one's name, reading a sentence, making a true friend, staying on-topic, getting an A. When someone knows you, they. know how to absolutely ensure no questions. Before the word no,  I only had "back up," and the thing I will be doing soon. Backing up my work.Support the show
