Tobias Lindholm - Danish Screenwriter and Film Director - Submarino, R, The Hunt, A Hijacking

Tobias is a frequent collaborator of film director Thomas Vinterberg, with whom he has written the screenplays for feature films Submarino and the Oscar nonimated film, The Hunt.  Tobias has also made a mark for himself on TV as a regular episode writer on Danish political TV-series Borgen. Tobias also writes scripts for his own films: including hard-hitting prison film R and hostage drama A Hijacking. The latter premiered at the Venice Film Festival. The Hunt is about a teacher who is falsely accused of molesting one of his young students and the small community that fights against him. A Hijacking is about a crew of a Danish cargo ship is hijacked by Somali pirates who proceed to engage in escalating negotiations with authorities in Copenhagen.
