Today’s homily: Good Shepherd Sunday (2026)

On Good Shepherd Sunday, the Church proclaims Christ as both Shepherd and Lamb—whose authority is rooted in sacrifice and made present in the Eucharist. From Bethlehem to Calvary, His voice calls, feeds, and governs His flock. Yet in an age of confusion, where that voice is obscured or softened, the faithful risk not rebellion but disorientation. The homily confronts this crisis directly: where the Shepherd’s voice is no longer clearly heard, the flock inevitably scatters.
