Today’s homily: Septuagesima Sunday (2026)

Septuagesima places us at the threshold of Lent, calling us to realism, discipline, and hope. Saint Paul’s image of the race reminds us that grace must be cooperated with, not presumed upon. The Gospel proclaims God’s universal invitation, welcoming all as they are, yet demanding conversion.
