Tony Russ | Ultra Running in Sandals

Tony has been running ultras sense 2011, hoisting multiple podium finishes and even more top 10s. After running an Ultra in Mexico in 2014 he was amazed at the runners wearing sandals, he then made the switch shortly after.  Tony once ran 400 miles to a 100 mile race, as if that wasn't enough he decided to do it again, this time with only the help of locals along the way.  Tony would like to thank his partner Cecilia and his mom for helping to make all his adventures possible.    This podcast was produced by Back Beat Sound https://www.instagram.com/backbeatsound1776/
