Top Chef S23E8; RESTAURANT WARS and We're Over To-Go Orders

It's time for restaurant wars, y'all!  It's Top Chef Season 23, Episode 8, Restaurant Wars, one of the fan's most favorite of the year and this one is great.   Two brand new restaurants open up in a matter of hours and it's only mildly infuriating that they also have to do to-go orders.  Just kidding, it's the worst.  The two teams put up a great battle and it's a heck of a war, and one less chef will be moving forward.  What shouldn't move forward?  Any more plans for to go orders.   We'll be back Wednesday to discuss Last Chance Kitchen and our cook's challenge.     We'll take a look at all the cheftestants and see which category of ours they fit into; weeded, seeded or defeated.  It's gonna be a great season, y'all.
