Toxic Chemistry and the Nervous System's Role in Pleasure with Mangala Holland

from Sex & Bacon

In this episode, Mangala Holland joins me to explore the transformative power of unleashing your orgasms, diving into the importance of sexual liberation and self-discovery.  We also tackle the concept of toxic masculinity and its effects on relationships, shedding light on the connection between toxic chemistry and a dysregulated nervous system.  Join us as we discuss the awakening experienced by women in their 40s and 50s, delving into the challenges and opportunities this phase brings. Additionally, we examine the barriers that block our pleasure and orgasms, including the fear of shame and judgment. We talk about cervical orgasms, demystifying their nature and providing guidance on how to experience them. We also get into the role of the body and nervous system in pleasure, highlighting their crucial role in unlocking sensual fulfillment.  Finally, we emphasize the importance of finding a supportive community that nurtures and uplifts you on your sexual exploration. Mangala is a Sexual Confidence coach, and facilitator of global group programs. She's on a mission to help women and pussy-owners become empowered through loving themselves fiercely, celebrating their sexuality, and overcoming the fear, guilt and shame that keeps them playing small. Having over a decade's experience in the industry, her super power is helping women and vulva owners become deeply connected to their body, pleasure and orgasmic confidence, which is the natural birthright of everyone.  She has a special talent in helping women in midlife access way more pleasure than they ever thought possible and believes that midlife is an opportunity for powerful, positive transformation. She's currently training the next generation of Embodied Female Pleasure facilitators and places a strong emphasis on self-love, embodiment and empowerment in her work, teaching in a no-bullshit, fluff-free, grounded, dogma-free style.    We get into:  [0:00] Intro [3:00] The power of unleashing your orgasms [5:10] Toxic dick [7:55] Toxic chemistry and its correlation to a dysregulated nervous system [11:40] The awakening happening in women who are in their 40s and 50s [15:15] What blocks our pleasure and orgasms [16:15] Fear of shame and being judged [20:40] How to start creating changes in your sexuality [24:55] What are cervical orgasms [29:35] How to have cervical orgasms [32:35] The role of the body and nervous system in pleasure [34:25] Having orgasmic confidence [45:55] Finding a community that supports you   Connect with Mangala Instagram: www.instagram.com/mangalaholland  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mangalatantrika  https://mangalaholland.com/  Free 3 part video series, From Shut Down to Sensual Satisfaction https://mangalaholland.com/sss/    Connect with me Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ownyourerotic YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@sexandbacon1065  Email us: [email protected]
