What's up TPE fam! We are back with another incredible show. In this episode, we reached down under all the way in Australia to have a conversation with the host of the Principles of Hospitality host, Shaun de Vries! Shaun has spent a lot of his life around food and hospitality and he has a tremendous passion for what he does and who he serves. This was an awesome conversation about the restaurant business. We also had the opportunity to discuss some of the differences between how they view certain things in Australia versus America. This episode introduces a special series called Behind the Apron.
