from Military Broadcast Radio | MBR Talk Hosted by Military Broadcast Radio
On a special Sunday Tracer Rounds, we welcome retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Michael Payne — leadership strategist, entrepreneur, mentor, and author of Unshaken Resolve. With 23 years of military service, including eight overseas deployments and four combat tours in Iraq, Michael has led soldiers, shaped teams, and commanded at the battalion level. After transitioning from the Army, he spent a decade with Dell Technologies, bringing battlefield-tested leadership into the corporate arena. Today, he serves as CEO of Designed2Sell Real Estate Group while coaching leaders and organizations through change. Michael’s message is clear and powerful: People don’t need a perfect leader — they need a prepared, present, consistent, and trustworthy one. Join us as we dive into his story, his book Unshaken Resolve, and the lessons pressure reveals about character, conviction, and leadership. Don’t miss this conversation.
