I’m Rachel, I am a woman of faith, a wife, mom, sister, and friend.  My training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in treating trauma.  My hope is to serve you through this podcast to provide you tools to grow beyond your pain and into a fulfilling life.  We’ll delve into topics on mental health, faith, Jesus, and discovering treasure in life’s challenges.  You’ll experience inspiring stories from guests who have persevered through personal pain and emerged stronger, living out their purpose with resilience. Life often presents us with moments of brokenness and pain, yet it’s remarkable how we can find growth in those very places.
