Hey Enneagram Friends! I’m Abbi, an IEA Accredited Enneagram Coach & Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Welcome to my podcast: Enneagram Coaching with Abbi Rodriguez. I started this podcast as a resource for those desiring not just to learn more about the Enneagram, but for those seeking real transformation in the areas where they feel overwhelmed or stuck. In this season, I’ll continue to offer you a glimpse into real live coaching sessions with people just like you that are just trying to live their lives well.

As a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I’ll incorporate contemplative practices, meditations & somatic breath-work that I have found to be instrumental in moving the Enneagram from intellectual knowledge to transformational wisdom.

Outside of the coaching space, I will also teach you how to apply the wisdom of the Enneagram into different aspects of your life from self-care to setting boundaries to navigating relationships.
