La’s Healing Garden podcast will be focusing on overall health while promoting natural products services and practices. Talks will include health tips for not only the physical/body (inside and out) but also for the the mind/emotional (soul), and pocket/financial (wealth). As your gardening curator, I am an artist by nature and an arts advocate. I have been growing for several years and I've learned when it comes to growing, listen to the plant. It will always tell you what it needs. With a passion for growing organically and living a more holistic lifestyle it became my dream to not only share knowledge with others, but to grow, collaborate, customize, and produce my own products. Over the years my experience with natural healing came from being a caregiver for sick relatives, and overcoming the challenges of the recovery process specifically for wound care and cellular regeneration. Through experience and research I have become a healer and I understand the importance of preventative and self care. Not only has experience been my teacher but I have learned the science of growing by attending multiple courses and gaining certificates on gardening from Louisiana State University. Also, I am currently studying holistic healing in health and nutrition. I'm an Air Force veteran trained in Finance, Accounting, and Budgeting and currently a Master Trainer for Technical support specializing in many lines of business. I have been grateful for being able to assist others with creating their own healing/growing spaces. I believe that not only must we grow to sustain life but it is a great way to relieve stress, meditate and connect with nature. I am always learning, growing, and working diligently to be sure to provide you with the purest and highest quality products and to assist with your holistic health and wellness regimen. I welcome you to my podcast/garden. Be sure to not only listen but follow, subscribe and share with others. Let's Grow! https://goodpods.app.link/Z7N8YlRvmnb
