TRAILPODDER Podcast episode 101 was recorded during a road trip from Manchester to St Bees with Eoin Keith (Ireland), Jonathan Borrill (Sweden), Glenn Hove (Norway) and Matthew Hampson (England). We were travelling to the start of Northern Traverse 300 km ultra-trail running event. Due to a train strike we had to rent a car. Irish ultrarunning champion Eoin Keith kindly shared his advice for Northern Traverse coast to coast run through Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks. He has finished it every time since 2016 and won twice. We also discuss about the Spine Race and Barkley Marathons among other ultra things.
